The Hebrew word “Temima” indicates wholeness or completeness. We are committed to educating the complete Jewish woman, as we address her intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. Our mission is to enable each student to reach her full potential as a committed, G-d fearing Jew and a productive member of society.
Temima, The Richard & Jean Katz High School for Girls, a Bais Yaakov school under the auspices of Torah Umesorah, is a college/seminary preparatory school serving grades 9-12. The school is sensitive to girls' learning styles and is dedicated to helping girls learn in ways that best prepare them for the future. To this end, we are asking for information about your daughter that will enable us to assess whether we can meet her needs, and if she is a promising candidate for our program.
The Temima application includes four sections to read, and two to fill out:
5) For the applicantto fill out: Student Questionnaire - click here.
6) For the parent to fill out: Parent Questionnaire - click here. (Please have your child's personal information available, as well as your child's current school information, such as email addresses to send record requests and evaluations.)
Applications, including the $300 fee, are due on or before December 20, 2024. Entrance exams are mandatory and will take place at the Temima building on Sunday, December 8, 2024. More information to follow.
